Over the Rainbow Cupcakes Palm Springs

Chef: Roman Blas of Over the Rainbow Cupcakes

A group of co-workers and myself had to prepare for a Baby Shower that needed to cater to a Diabetic mother. Chef Roman was able to create mini sugar free cupcakes using Agave Nectar and they were good! We also had him make 3 cakes for the non diabetic party guests.

Orange Dream
Vanilla Verbena

Rainbow Sherbet
Chocolate Ganache
Meyer Lemon


The bottom Cupcakes are the Hawaiian Cupcakes I ordered on a cupcake tree for a birthday. They were GREAT! they had chopped Macadamia nuts and Pineapple in the cupcake with coconut frosting.
